All Mystery Box purchases are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where an item is faulty or damaged.
This policy ensures fairness and preserves the surprise nature of the promotion.

7. Will I get duplicate items if I buy more than one box?
While we do our best to curate variety, there is a chance that multiple boxes may contain duplicate items, particularly across different size options.
8. How much does the Mystery Box cost?
Men’s and Women’s Mystery Boxes are £25 each, and Junior Mystery Boxes are £20.
9. Are there limited quantities?
Yes. Each Mystery Box edition is available for a limited time and in limited quantities.
Once sold out, they will not be restocked so we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment!
10. When will my Mystery Box arrive?
Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery within the UK (and additional time for international orders).
You’ll receive a tracking confirmation once your order has shipped.
11. Can I use discounts or promo codes on a Mystery Box?
No. Mystery Boxes are excluded from discount codes and promotions, unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
12. Is the Mystery Box available for international fans?
Yes! We offer international shipping, rates and delivery times vary by country.
Customs duties or import fees may apply, depending on your location.
13. What is the value of the items with the box
The total retail value (RRP) of the items in the box exceeds £100.

Delivery Times
At Brentford FC we are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Our team are continuously working hard to ensure all orders are despatched as soon as possible.
Please be mindful that orders with the Tracked Standard method can take 2 to 3 working days to prepare and despatch and another 2-3 working days to deliver.
All Parcels despatched on weekends will not be collected by courier till Monday. (Excluding bank holidays)
Delivery Costs
Please note Brentford FC will collect TAX and Duties for all transactions up to €150, customers will be responsible for all TAX and Duties for transactions that exceed €150. For Customers outside the EU, please note that all Tax and Duties will be your responsibility.

Store Collection
When ordering merchandise you will receive two emails, one to confirm your order and a further email to confirm when your order is ready to be collected. Please read below before arriving for collection.
Please note that upon collection, you will be required to present your order confirmation email and a Photo ID.
If you are unable to collect your order and require someone else to assist, please note you will be required to email our support team with the name of the individual who will also be required to provide a Photo ID.
Orders will need to be collected within 72hrs after the second email, outstanding orders after this period will be cancelled and refunded back to the original payment method. We will not issue a refund on any personalised items.
Please note, we are unable to fulfil any orders that are pending the second email.
Phone Shopping
We are also unable to process any orders through the phone as all orders will be required to go though our online shopping services.
Extended Christmas Returns
Purchases made from 20/11/2025 will be eligible for an extended return till 02/01/2026. Please note, we will use the date on the postal return label for any online return to ensure it is within this period.
