The prices quoted in the OnlineShop are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to alter these prices, up or down. The correct price will be indicated on the delivery note. Brentford FC reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, designs or prices or producst and conditions of supply.
How and when will it be delivered?
All parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, unless Special Delivery has been requested.. We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days (subject to stock availability), but please allow up to 28 days delivery to destinations within the UK. Orders sent to overseas destinations may take up to six weeks dependent on the destination. Please check the availability on items when ordering as orders are accepted without guarantee of delivery by specific dates. Please allow an additional 7/10 days for delivery of shirts to be printed. It is our policy to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred whilst in transit. Although we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken by the online shop if the items are not suitable in size when ordered through the Online Shop. Please see the following paragraph for our exchange/refund policy.
What if I want a refund?
If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packaging along with your receipt within 28 days of the purchase date. Please note all parcels must be sent back using Recorded Delivery, we will not accept responsibility for lost goods. Sale items can be exchanged but no refunds or credit notes will be issued. You may also exchange or refund your goods at the store. All items must be returned in re saleable condition along with your receipt and within 28 days of purchase. Items bought in the Sale will be exchanged, but no refunds or credit notes will be issued.. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with . Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalized, unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights Videos, jewellery, underwear, hats and socks purchased through the Online Shop will only be exchanged if deemed to be faulty. Please make sure you have ordered the correct item and size at the time of ordering. When exchanging non-faulty items, please enclose £4.50 payment for UK postal and packaging charges, £6.50 for Europe and Eire or £10 for World Wide Postage.
The products reproduced in the Online Shop are as seen. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as web and display technologies will allow. No responsibility can be accepted for light variances in colour or style.
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the Online Shop are always in supply, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock, or we may sell out earlier than planned. If an item is unavailable at the time of dispatch we may send a substitute item of equal purpose and value on approval. When this is not possible we will place the out of stock item on 'back order' and forward it on a separate delivery.
