Promotions

Please note that some promotions may only be available in selected stores or channels. Certain offers may require a new purchase in order to qualify. For example, to receive a free printing promotion, customers must purchase a new customisable shirt.

Items purchased prior to a promotion will not be eligible for retrospective discounts or refunds.

Online promotions cannot be used in-store or in conjunction with any other offers unless otherwise stated.

If your order includes a free promotional item, both the promotional item and the qualifying purchase must be returned in a resalable condition in order to receive a refund. Refunds cannot be issued for incomplete returns.

Prices

Prices displayed on the Online Shop are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, either up or down, without prior notice.

The price charged at checkout is the correct price payable. We are unable to offer refunds for any difference in price if an item is later reduced.

Occasionally, due to promotions or updates, product labels may not reflect the most up-to-date pricing. In all cases, the checkout price will apply.

Brentford FC also reserves the right to amend product designs, pricing, and conditions of supply without notice.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be redeemed once expired. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once purchased, gift cards are non-returnable.

All gift cards are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase.

Refunds & Returns

If you wish to request a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 28 days of purchase in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

We recommend all returns are sent using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Sale items may be exchanged but are not eligible for refunds or credit notes.

Certain promotional items may be excluded from refunds or exchanges. Please contact our Online Team for clarification where needed.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges where items are deemed to be worn, damaged, tampered with, or not in a resalable condition. Personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For hygiene reasons, some items including underwear, jewellery, socks, and similar products may only be exchanged if faulty.

We cannot accept responsibility for minor differences in colour or appearance.

Stock Availability

We aim to ensure all items remain in stock, however availability is not guaranteed. Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock or become unavailable after ordering.

If an item is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method.

Tax and Duties

Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges will be displayed in your basket at checkout. We are not liable for any additional duties, taxes, fees, or charges imposed after checkout or beyond those included in your final order total.

As customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any potential charges.

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or other associated fees may be deducted from any refund where applicable.
