Personalisation of Replica Kit

Brentford Football Club reserves the right to refuse any personalisation that is considered offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Printing

Please note that sizing may vary between different replica kits. We strongly recommend ensuring you select the correct size before adding personalisation, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once names and/or numbers have been applied.

Brentford Football Club cannot accept responsibility for any changes to player names or numbers due to transfers, squad updates, or a player changing their number or leaving the Club.

The standard printing charge includes up to 12 characters, however this may vary depending on shirt size, as not all sizes can accommodate the maximum character limit. All printing is subject to availability, and our team can advise on options before purchase. Please note that any changes or amendments may delay your order.

Care Instructions for Personalised Shirts

Personalised shirts may appear creased upon arrival due to packaging during transit or folding.

To remove creases safely, place a clean, damp cloth over the personalisation and gently press with a warm iron. Do not iron directly onto the print.

Washing Instructions

To help maintain the quality of your shirt and personalisation, always follow the care label instructions inside the garment.

We recommend washing the shirt inside out at a cold temperature. Do not tumble dry or iron directly over printed areas.
