Welcome to Brentford FC club shop. We have over 500 products for you to buy, all of which are official club merchandise, and available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our aim is to make sure that ordering items from Brentford FC is as easy as possible.

Delivery Times

At Brentford FC we are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you would like them sent, and we will take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible. Please note, orders can take 2 to 3 working days to prepare. Once despatched, orders may take 3-5 working days for UK orders while delivery dates can vary for international orders. 

Please note that orders containing personalised items can take longer to despatch. We suggest that Click and Collect orders do not purchase any personalised items as this will delay the collection times. Collection site will be able to offer any personalisation. 

***Black Friday & December Delivery times***

Please note that we are likely to experience higher volume of orders during Black Friday and December. As a result you may experience some delays in your parcel, we recommend that all domestic orders (UK) are completed before 17/12/24 for delivery before Christmas. All international fans will need to complete their orders before the 10/12/24 to receive their parcels in time for Christmas. We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers during this period and therefore suggest contacting the courier directly for any delivery enquiries. 

Purchases made from the 25/11/25 will be eligible for a refund or exchange until the 07/01/25. You must present a proof of purchase.

Store Collection

**Please note that the Click and Collect service is currently unavailable**

All orders must be collected within 72 hours after confirmation email. 

Please ignore the first email, this email is to confirm that your order was completed by our warehouse. The second email will be to confirm that your parcel is now ready to collect from the Brentford Super store. 

A valid photo ID must be presented when collected.

If the parcel is not being collected by the recipient, please email the name and surname of the person collecting the parcel on your behalf. A valid photo ID must be presented by the individual collecting. 

Orders not collected within 72 hours will be cancelled and refunded. 

Please note that the Click & Collect services will not be available on matchdays.
