Welcome to Brentford FC club shop. We have over 500 products for you to buy, all of which are official club merchandise, and available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our aim is to make sure that ordering items from Brentford FC is as easy as possible.
Delivery Times
At Brentford FC we are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you would like them sent, and we will take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible. Please note, orders placed using the Standard option can take 2 to 3 working days to prepare. Once despatched, orders may take 3-5 working days for UK orders while delivery dates can vary for international orders.
Please note that orders containing personalised items can take longer to despatch. We suggest that Click and Collect orders do not purchase any personalised items as this will delay the collection times. Collection site will be able to offer any personalisation.

- United Kingdom UK Express 1-2 working days (Orders placed over the weekend using this method will not be despatched till the next working day)

Store Collection
When ordering merchandise you will receive two emails, one to confirm your order and a further email to confirm when your order is ready to be collected. Please read below before arriving for collection.
- If you received an email that your order is ready to collect and wish to collect it on a matchday, please visit the Brentford Superstore, Lionel Road South, Kew Bridge Distribution Centre, TW8 9QR.
- If you received an email that your order is ready to collect and wish to collect it on a non-matchday, please collect it from the Hive Store, Unit 1, Marsden House, 4 Lionel Road South, Brentford, TW8 0RY.
Please note that upon collection, you will be required to present your order confirmation email and a Photo ID.
If you are unable to collect your order and require someone else to assist, please note you will be required to email our support team with the name of the individual who will also be required to provide a Photo ID.
Orders will need to be collected within 72hrs after the second email, outstanding orders after this period will be cancelled and refunded back to the original payment method. We will not issue a refund on any personalised items.
Please note, we are unable to fulfil any orders that are pending the second email.
