MATERIALS

Every element of the Roll Top is made with tough materials that are built to last. Where possible, we have opted for materials from recycled sources, but only where they have passed stringent performance tests. The main body of the bag is made from waterproof materials, the seams have waterproof binding and we use water-resistant zips.

Delivery Times

At Brentford FC, we are proud to offer a fast, efficient, and reliable delivery service. Our team works hard to ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

Please note that orders placed using the Tracked Standard delivery method may take 2–3 working days to be processed and dispatched, followed by a further 3–5 working days for delivery within the UK.

Orders dispatched over the weekend will be processed by our courier on the next working day (excluding bank holidays).

Orders containing personalised items may require additional processing time before dispatch.

  • United Kingdom (Express): 1–2 working days (orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day)

Click & Collect / Store Collection

When you place a Click & Collect order, you will receive two emails: one confirming your order, and a second confirming when your order is ready for collection.

Please read the information below carefully before arriving to collect your order.

If you are collecting on a matchday, please visit the Brentford Superstore, Lionel Road South, Kew Bridge Distribution Centre, TW8 9QR.

If you are collecting on a non-matchday, please go to the Hive Store, Unit 1, Marsden House, 4 Lionel Road South, Brentford, TW8 0RY.

When collecting your order, you will need to present your order confirmation email and photo ID.

If someone is collecting on your behalf, please contact our support team in advance with the name of the nominated person. They will also be required to bring valid photo ID.

Orders must be collected within 72 hours of receiving your collection confirmation email. Any uncollected orders after this time will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. Please note that personalised items are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be collected until you have received your second confirmation email

Phone Orders

Please note that we are unable to process orders over the phone. All purchases must be made through our online store.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in a resalable condition and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items that are returned after 28 days, unless they are confirmed to be faulty.

Sale items may be exchanged but are not eligible for refunds or credit notes.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Online Shop team at [email protected] or visit The Hive Store with your item and proof of purchase.

We may request additional information or images to help resolve your query as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items must be returned in a resalable condition along with proof of purchase.

If you are unable to visit the store, items can be returned by post to The Hive Store. Please include your order details and contact information inside the parcel.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Please allow time for your refund to be completed once your return has been received and processed.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if items are found to be worn, damaged, tampered with, or not in a resalable condition.

Personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Your Item

We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Once your return has been received, please allow 5–7 working days for it to be processed. If further information is required, a member of our team will contact you using the details provided.

If you have not heard from us after this time, please contact our Customer Services team with your order details.

Promotional Items

If your order included a free promotional item, both the promotional item and the qualifying product must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
