Personalisation of Replica Kit
Brentford Football Club reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive.
Printing
Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. Brentford Football Club cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.
Please note that the price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 15 letters, however this is dependant on the size of shirt requested as not all sizes will accommodate 15 letters. All printing is subject to availability, you can inquire with the team before making a choice. Please note that any changes can delay your order.
If you have had your shirt personalised, you may find that it appears creased. This is due to the shirt being packaged for transit if you have received it from Mail Order, or as it has been folded into your shopping bag. It can easily be resolved by following the instructions below.
Place a clean, damp cloth over the personalisation and press with a warm iron.
Washing Instructions
In order to maintain the appearance and avoid any issues after washing please ensure you follow the washing instructions shown on the care label on the inside of the shirt.
Inside out and wash it with cold water, no ironing or tumble drying required.
