Delivery Times

At Brentford FC we are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Our team are continuously working hard to ensure all orders are despatched as soon as possible.

Please be mindful that orders can take 3 to 5 working days to prepare and despatch. Parcels despatched on weekends will not be collected by courier till Monday. (Excluding bank holidays)

Despatched parcels can take 3 to 5 days to deliver while this time frame may be different for international order.

***Black Friday & December Delivery times***

Please note that we are likely to experience higher volume of orders during Black Friday and December. As a result you may experience some delays in your parcel, we recommend that all domestic orders (UK) are completed before 17/12/24 for delivery before Christmas. All international fans will need to complete their orders before the 10/12/24 to receive their parcels in time for Christmas. We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers during this period and therefore suggest contacting the courier directly for any delivery enquiries. 

Purchases made from the 25/11/25 will be eligible for a refund or exchange until the 07/01/25. You must present a proof of purchase. 

Delivery Costs

Please note delivery costs may vary based on recipients’ location. As from 25/07/24 23:59PM, Duties and tax will be paid at checkout for orders in the EU. Customers will be responsible for for any additional costs for orders exceeding £135/€150.

Store Collection

**Please note that the Click and Collect service is currently unavailable**

This Service is only available for UK residents. All orders must be collected within 72 hours after confirmation email. 

Please ignore the first email, this email is to confirm that your order was completed by our warehouse. The second email will be to confirm that your parcel is now ready to collect from the Brentford Super store. 

A valid photo ID must be presented when collected.

If the parcel is not being collected by the recipient, please email the name and surname of the person collecting the parcel on your behalf. A valid photo ID must be presented by the individual collecting. 

If the order is not collected within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

Please note that the Click & Collect service will not be available on matchdays. 

Click and Collect orders that include personalised items can take longer to prepare. We recommend to use the personalisation services available at collection point. 

Phone Shopping

We are also unable to process any orders through the phone as all orders will be required to go though our online shopping services. 

How do I return my online order?

If you wish to return an item purchased in-store or Online please return your product with a proof of purchase to;
