The face coverings are not medical-grade masks.  Brentford specifically disclaims all warranties, express or implied of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.  Brentford does not warrant in any way that this face covering will prevent infection or prevent or materially reduce the transmission of viruses or diseases.  The face coverings should not be used or considered as a replacement for medical masks worn by health care workers and they are not intended to replace other recommended measures to stop the community spread of Covid-19, such as social distancing, washing your hands and refraining from touching your face.  You should follow the latest advice issued by the NHS and your own GP as to how best to keep yourself safe.

Delivery Times

At Brentford FC we are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Our team are continuously working hard to ensure all orders are despatched as soon as possible.

Please be mindful that orders can take 3 to 5 working days to prepare and despatch. Parcels despatched on weekends will not be collected by courier till Monday. (Excluding bank holidays)

Despatched parcels can take 3 to 5 days to deliver while this time frame may be different for international order.

 

Delivery Costs

Please note due to some technical issues between our couriers we are unable to process Tax and Duties at checkout, all customers will be responsible for all Tax and Duties at the point of delivery. 

Tracking information can be obtained on your confirmation email or through our customer services.

Store Collection

**Please note that the Click and Collect service is currently unavailable**

This Service is only available for UK residents. All orders must be collected within 72 hours after confirmation email. 

Please ignore the first email, this email is to confirm that your order was completed by our warehouse. The second email will be to confirm that your parcel is now ready to collect from the Brentford Super store. 

A valid photo ID must be presented when collected.

If the parcel is not being collected by the recipient, please email the name and surname of the person collecting the parcel on your behalf. A valid photo ID must be presented by the individual collecting. 

If the order is not collected within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

Please note that the Click & Collect service will not be available on matchdays. 

Click and Collect orders that include personalised items can take longer to prepare. We recommend to use the personalisation services available at collection point. 

Phone Shopping

We are also unable to process any orders through the phone as all orders will be required to go though our online shopping services.

If you wish to return an item purchased in-store or Online please return your product with a proof of purchase to;
