Delivery Times

At Brentford FC we are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Our team are continuously working hard to ensure all orders are despatched as soon as possible.

Please be mindful that orders can take 3 to 5 working days to prepare and despatch. Parcels despatched on weekends will not be collected by Royal Mail till Monday. (Excluding bank holidays)

Despatched parcels can take 5-10 days to deliver while this time frame may be different for international order.

Delivery Costs

Please note delivery costs may vary based on recipients’ location. Unfortunately, our delivery costs does not include any additional charges such as customs fee or any other additional costs outside the fee we charge.

Tracking information can be obtained on your confirmation email or through our customer services.

Store Collection

We no longer provide ‘Click & Collect’ services.

Phone Shopping

We are also unable to process any orders through the phone as all orders will be required to go though our online shopping services.
